In order to conduct accreditation process, application documents for Examination System Operators must be sent to VCC Foundation: firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than 7 business days before planned accreditation. Please include the title: “Accreditation of VCC Examination System Operator”. Application must include the VCC form (attached) and candidate’s CV.
If the opinion is positive, candidate receives access data to the e-learning platform as well as information on the planned accreditation. If, however, the opinion is negative, the accreditation process is terminated. A candidate, who was assessed negatively, can participate in additional training courses and go through the accreditation process again.
The e-learning platform includes a presentation of the VCC system as well as tests verifying candidate’s knowledge of the VCC system and of tasks and duties performed by Examination System Operators.
Before taking examination, candidates must pay accreditation fee.
Within 30 days from the moment of receiving access to the e-learning platform, candidates must become familiar with its content and pass appropriate tests.
In order to obtain accreditation, it is necessary to pass the test on VCC standard (no less than 60%) and the test on tasks performed by Examination System Operator (no less than 90%). After successful accreditation, a candidate becomes Accredited VCC Examination System Operator. This is confirmed by a certificate and a supplement with a list of competences that can be tested by the accredited Examiner.
Certificate of the VCC Examination System Operator is valid for an indefinite period, however, if need be, the Operator may be required to participate in additional workshops (e.g. in case of making changes to the system). A representative of the Regional Academy will notify operators in advance of such a necessity.
