An External Quality Assurance Entity has already been assigned for the qualification “Building an employer image (employer branding)”. This means that we can validate and issue certificates to individuals who successfully pass the knowledge and skills check.
Employer branding has been operational in the Integrated Qualifications System (IQS) since July 2022. The qualification was developed and implemented by our Foundation. It is primarily aimed at mid- to senior-level professionals and managers in areas related to HR, PR and employer branding, as well as civil servants and political party representatives.
In order to be eligible for validation from the market qualification “Employer Image Building”, one must have a full qualification at level 4 of the Polish Qualification Framework (baccalaureate). A person who obtains a certificate in Employer branding is prepared to:
- create a positive and attractive image of the organisation as an employer;
- communicate using concepts of employer branding and describe the process of building the image of the organisation as an employer;
- carry out an analysis of the perception of the employer’s image in the external environment and in its internal environment;
- preparing a strategy for building the employer’s internal and external image;select activities to support the construction of the organisation’s image as an employer in the external environment and in its internal environment; and plan how to monitor the effectiveness of these activities.
