Last Friday the 25th of August the VCC Foundation pompously celebrated its 10th birthday. Admittedly, the exact date of the establishment of our institution falls at the beginning of October, but we decided to take advantage of the last warm days of the summer holidays and organise an outdoor party. We invited not only our employees, but also their nearest and dearest to take part in this important event.
The party took place at the Focus Premium Hotel near Lublin. At the venue, we were greeted by beautifully set tables and an occasional decoration emphasising the nature and purpose of the meeting. The Chairman of the Board, Radosław Panas, solemnly welcomed the guests with a short speech and a summary of the Foundation’s activities to date.
The party abounded with delicious food and numerous attractions provided for both the younger and the a little older ones. A playroom was prepared for the children, where 2 ladies entertainers prepared a wealth of games and activities. Boredom was not invited to the event. The Foundation’s employees and their partners took part in the “Machina” team-building game, which was prepared and conducted by the Focus Group under the leadership of Ms Ilona Krawczyk. It was an extraordinary experience of cooperation spiced with a touch of competition and humour. Everyone had a great time.
We hope that another at least equally successful 10 years of development and support for the non-formal education market lie ahead. We wish this for ourselves, our partners and all holders of certificates confirming the acquisition of qualifications and improvement of competences issued by the VCC Foundation.
