To improve the quality of services, VCC Foundation implemented the requirements of the international quality standard ISO 9001: 2008.
ISO 9001: 2008 is an international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system in the organization. The standard includes eight quality principles: customer orientation, leadership, employee involvement, process approach, system approach to management, continuous improvement, decisions based on facts and mutual beneficial relationships with suppliers.
A verification audit, conducted in July 2015, has ended with a positive rate. Since 20th July 2015, VCC Foundation holds an ISO 9001: 2008 certificate of quality. The certificate is valid for the next three years. The quality management system in the VCC Foundation will be checked every year.
